1. THE MEETING: LISTEN.

IN ALL NEW BUSINESS ENGAGEMENTS, the basis of our new relationship begins with a full understanding of our client’s product and/ or services. We recommend an initial on-site “key member” meeting — our “listening” session — between our client’s team and our creative team, in an effort to plan and fully understand goals, objectives, and expectations. In any new project initiation, the same occurs; this is our way of moving forward to obtain the desired result.

2. GATHERING INFORMATION: ALL POINTS UNCOVERED.

THE FOUNDATION OF OUR ANALYSIS IS A BRAND POINT ANALYSIS. In this way, we capture our case study information and facts pertaining to your current brand position in your marketplace. Our methodology includes a series of interviews, (or brainstorming sessions) to expand our research and discover what image(s) will best represent your goals and objectives. Having gathered this data, we then assemble a report with key communication objectives and action steps, i.e., our strategy, key messages, deliverables, etc. We base this service on sound research, visionary methodology, and marketing experience suited exclusively to your business development efforts and the future success of your organization.

3. CREATIVITY: THE SOLUTION PROCESS.

WITH ALL BRANDING POINTS IN PLACE, we take our client-approved brief, which outlines our desired-results-direction, and begin the creative solution steps with a dynamic exploratory process (using both inside and outside-the-box thinking) to align your organization’s messaging that best fits your marketplace. This phase includes the total design process, the concept and creation of copy writing/ copy decks, photography themes, illustrations, and all other components, which are then organized into production schedule feasibilities. We may create a new logo and tagline, a website or brochure, a corporate standards system, an advertising campaign or other support vehicles. Typically, this is initially concepted and developed in a hand-sketch format by pencil or marker. This process allows the free-flow of creative concepts (without technical IT limitations). This is a fun, enlightening, and exciting stage, shared with you, the client, which acts as a sounding board for our images to be connected to our thoughts and strategies. Once concept direction is agreed upon, we move to the next stage, which is the digital assembly of comprehensive solutions. The technical creative process for all work is then developed digitally, utilizing state-of-the-art software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Quark Express; ImageReady; Flash; Dreamweaver; PowerPoint; and Microsoft Word – built on the Macintosh Platform.

4. THE REVIEW AND APPROVAL: CONCUR.

WE PRESENT OUR CREATIVE COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS TO YOU, which are based on the outcome of our points of brand recognition exploratory. We define the creative objectives to connect with the target audience, to simplify the brand identity, or to increase the brand awareness. This presentation defines the understanding, purpose, and motivation behind each design. In turn, it will assist you in selecting one of the creative solutions directed to reach the ultimate result –– enhancing your business.
